By accessing or using tlbx.ai and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

tlbx.ai provides open source software tools and developer infrastructure, including but not limited to AI inference libraries, voice assistant frameworks, and related utilities. Many of our tools are available under open source licenses (MIT, AGPL v3) as specified in their respective repositories.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the services or interfere with any other party’s use.

4. Open Source Software

Software published by tlbx.ai is provided under the license specified in each repository. The terms of those licenses govern your use of the software. In case of conflict between these Terms of Service and an open source license, the open source license prevails for the respective software.

5. Google API Services

Certain tools or services may integrate with Google APIs. Your use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tlbx.ai and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Nordhausen, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
